Pecan Praline Chicken

Recipe: Pecan Praline Chicken
Summary: Dijon glaze topped with a Pecan Praline Crust over Chicken. This savory yet lightly sweet pecan praline chicken is delicious with sweet potato orange cups and balsamic brussel sprouts.
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 - 4 oz chicken breast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup panko Japanese bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts in pan.
- Mix together Dijon mustard, lemon juice and ground cumin.
- Now combine pecans, bread crumbs and brown sugar.
- Mix well, then add and mix butter into pecan mixture.
- Top Chicken with pecan topping, making sure topping is all on top of chicken.
- Bake Chicken at 350F for 30 - 35 minutes until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165F.
